Thanks so much.
What you have said is correct and standard, but it is not happening so, I checked all the plant fields in different default created materials. But, they are the ones appearing the sales order.

I haven't maintained plant in customer info record and customer master as well. However, plant in maintained in sales org view in material master. However, the same material exists for many plants.

During a sales order, plant is automatically determined. I want to know how they system picks up a plant from let us says 10 plants, in which this material exists.
