Mr. Typewriter,

You're spot on, again.

I was doing just what you suggested. And found the error.

When i checked sales org view for 001, in the plant field it is input as 002 and 002 for 001.

But, can you please clarify one more thing. When we are extending the material for a different plant, should we change the plant in the sales view or leave it as default plant where we created the material first.

And also please let me know why in either case.

Thanks in advance.

Warm regards,
Saratvamsi

Hi Saratvamsi,

You explanation is clear!

Go to MM02, type in your plant - 001, SOrg, Dchan. Go to Tab Sales:Sales org 1, check delivering plant = 001, Save it.

Go to MM02, type in your plant - 002, SOrg, Dchan. Go to Tab Sales:Sales org 1, check delivering plant = 001, Save it.

Then create your Sales order and check the plant which is defaulted.

If it is still 002 (which you don't want). Then check XD02, your customer, Tab Shipping, Delivery plant = ?? (if this is 002, then system shall take from CMR over MMR)
