Hi,

First of all, I would like to say thanks Type Writer, for his suggestions for
the requirements . As he mentioned below, you can change the item category
in the Sales Order even before Delivery or After Delivery(by deleting Item
Category).

So, PO Number is used while creating Sales Order as a reference.

Hi all,
I have encountered an problem about item category of Sales Order.
Example : SO 2-1. Previously a DO 1-2 was created. We noticed that the item category for DO 1-2 should be "MTO", not TOP. Therefore we delete the item at DO and want to change the item category in SO from TOP to MTO but unable to change. . it was linked to PO before but we have deleted the PO. however, the Item category still cannot be amended at all.

Please advise the solution.
