[sap-log-sd] Mass change of Packing Determination records?

Does anyone know a way to make mass changes to Packing Determination records? (POF1, 2, 3)
We have a large quantity of bad records and I am looking for a tool for cleaning them up. I need to delete and create more than change, if that is relevant.
