1. This behavior is applicable to both partial and final settlements.
2. What exactly is your expectation in regard to the profit center
assignment?
The accrual is done to different profit centers based on the delivery
plant. However, the payment (settlement) does not get split amongst the
profit centers to which the accruals were done. It goes into the profit
center that is derived based on the derivation rules applicable for the
billing. What is the requirement to see the profit center in the Credit
Memo Request? The billing document is what matters. As naughtybudgie
mentioned, check the derivation logic if the profit center derived is not
what you expect.

It is making me load the plant on the material master sales screen and then it works. The problem is that some of our products are made by multiple plants within the same sales org/distr channel and this could become an issue. Thank you for your assistance. |
