Hi Raj,
Check in the transaction code for this OMJ1.
Follow the IMG path SPRO->MM->Inventory Management->Goods Issue / Transfer
Postings->Allow Negative Stocks.Un-checked if you have marked it .
Where for your valuation area (Plant) might be you have checked Negative
stock allowed, if yes remove the same and Test it once again.
