I suspect it is more a question of when. If letters of credit are involved that has to be resolved. Then arrangements need to be made to get it on the next boat, plane, whatever and that is part of the ship-to information.

- Rep contacts customer for information required to ship
is there something happening in the picking packing size measuring that can affect where it is shipped to?
