I am getting similar error .I have created the same Access sequence for Freight charges in LE and want to use FB09 as reference condition type for Freight charges in my Pricing Procedure.
FB09 :- Freight charges by LE
ZF09 :- Freight Changes in SD pricing Procedure.
I used FB09 as reference condition type for ZF09 V7 as application type but system is not allowing me for the same .
:Error:Entry A V7 FB09 does not exist in T685 (check entry)
