Reply from ChrisO on Jan 12 at 11:56 AM If you mean customers who actually bought something (rather than just which customers are listed in your system) then you could run a sales transaction like MC+E for 2010 and 2011 and report by customer and then compare the two years - e.g. by extract to Excel (menu "Customer Analysis > Export > Transfer to XXL....") and pivot. This management report will also show you, in summary, what they bought and when (i.e. per period). Regards, ChrisO
