Your question is bit confusing.
If I understand you correctly, do you want to maintain the fields of a
condition table mandatory and some optional.
If yes, you need not required to maintain the mandatory or optional when
you create a condition table and access sequence cause if you have any
specific fields as mandatory means you can create your own separate
condition table and maintain the condition record.
There is no meaning to maintain the fields in condition table and making it
mandatory or optional.
Please reply me If I am wrong.
