At line item level, in your sales order, Tab Conditions, click button Analysis. For this condition type what is the analysis? (does system say Condition record read.....)
I think, if the condition type is populated in the sales order, item level, Tab Conditions without value, user would have to check the values given in the condition record (VK12). Also change the Target quantity in the credit memo request and check if the value for this condition type is populated in Tab Conditions.
Check also by clicking on button Update and choosing B redetermine pricing, in the sales order, item level, Tab Conditions

Hi SD experts,
I'm trying to create a credit memo request using function module SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE. We need to insert a condition value for certain condition type (price condition).We have populated field "sales_conditions_in-condvalue" for this purpose. In table sales_conditions_inx we have additionally populated fields as follows.-
updateflag = U
cond_value = X
Sales document is successfully created, a new record is created in the item conditions tab, but the corresponding condition value is not updated.
In customizing, Manual Entries parameter for this condition is set to C (Manual entry has priority).
