There are four lot size controlling fields in Planning. The behavior you describe does NOT happen when you use only the field "minimum lot size". MRP will gladly create a requisition for 101 if 101 are needed and the MinLotSize is 100. If, on the other hand, you use the Fixed Lot Size, then you could see a situation (with min = 100 and max = 100, or with fixed = 100) where you would instead get TWO requisitions for 100 each. On the other hand, if you use the Rounding Value (= 100), then a need for 101 would trigger a requisition for 200 as you described.
