Hi,
Talk to your basis person and check if email output has been configured correctly on the basis side. Also check transaction code SOST: more options for checking than in SCOT.

We need to send out an email for order ack from Sales and Distribution.
The output shows green and is created but doesn't send out an email.
There is no error log in scot.
