Hi Karen

You can use

VA05 for list of sales orders

MCTA u can gnrt customer analysis report.

MCTS for material analysis

MC40 for ABC analysis.

There are many more such reports which you can use, these are standard SIS
reports, Which you can configure yourself . If you need additional you have
to take ABAP help. These are just a few that I have worked on for a client
of mine.
