Shipping conditions could be given in the CMR, VMR and Sales document type.
If you are using CMIR for the creation of a sales order, the system searches for the shipping conditions first from the sales document type in VOV8, if it is blank, then system searches for shipping conditions in the CMR of Sold to party in XD02, button Sales Area Data, Tab Shipping.
The same search strategy is followed for the determination of Shipping point and Route.
