Thank you Mr.Typewriter. You EXACTLY answered 1. my question and 2. why I posted this question. I have found the processes for cash sales/rush order and other details but was not able to exactly link WHY it had to be order/delivery - related as both seemed to be similar processes of customer taking the goods immediately.
