Availability is completely unrelated to WM, so don't worry about some hidden cause there. You should research the availability check customizing in your system - I suspect your checking rule doesn't include delivery requirements, but it sounds like you prefer that it would.

Our storage location is not warehouse managed. When delivery document is created for sales order, the stock is not hard allocated. I still can allocate same stock for other delivery document. Is there a way to hard allocate stock when delivery document is created?
