That's a pretty generic question...

Could be customer master tax code, material master tax code, shipping plant/point missing etc etc.

Check you have a shipping plant and shipping point. If you do..

In the item conditions, go to analysis click on MWST and see what's missing. A few more specifics will make it easier to get some help from the forum.
