Adriano - It would not be appropriate for me to suggest how you should do your migration. The best choice for you is not going to be the same as the best choice for me. It really depends a lot on the skills and experience of your SD resource and your ABAP resource. There are many different ways to get this done. I can't give you any general guidance on which is best, because it depends on your details. You can use IDOCs, program RV14BTCI, a custom BDC program against transaction VK11 or XK15, LSMW, CATT, and more - and you can also come up with a process that combines two or more of these techniques. Keep in mind that the migration comes LAST. First, you have to design what you're going to support going forward. If tables 004 and 305 don't give you what you need (and I would be really surprised if they do), then you're going to need to use or even create additional tables - and perhaps even extend the pricing field catalog and the pricing prepare user exits. None of this is at all challenging to someone who's been down that road before, no matter how complex it might seem from your new-to-SAP perspective. I remember what it was like for me six months into my SAP exposure, and I sympathize with you. Dave

Client also maintains Customer/Material key combination, that means Customer X is charged Y dollars for Z material. For discounts, they mainly offer customer/material group key combination. If customer X buys Y group of materials, Z% of discount is offered. We have figured out the material group with MM. They also allow material specific discounts, sometimes, for a customer. So, we will be using table 305 here also. It would be great if you give your thought for conversion. | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
