[sap-log-sd] Period locked from both MM and FI mode those cancelation allowed by vf11 is it mistake

We close both fi and MM period but use cancel invoice by vf 11 in locked period, and its allow him, but accounting entry note made.

i like to know from where to block revoice reversal from VF-11 when FI is locked.
