You execute this report and get some output, right? You need to read the list and interpret what it is telling you. Effectively it is comparing the field selection for the movement type with the field status group of the GL account.
If you page down, you will probably find a line that is highlighted in red. This is the line that is causing the error. For instance, against field "Purchase Order" in the column Mvt there is a "-" (suppress) whereas in column Accnt there is a ".". (optional) So here is the difference. The purchase order field is suppressed in the field selection for the movement type, whereas it is optional in the field status group of the account.
One of the two will need to be changed.
