They are revenue accounts. Ok thanks so it can be done like this. Let you know how I get on as I'm pretty new to customizing.

For Review Revenue Account Determination in SPRO.
1. Add the Item Category
2. Create a new table
3. Assign in Access Sequence, the Utilities button and generate
4. VKOA assign the necessary values.
