I thin kthe change was be done by meself due to I was test qty control for contract in DEV.

1 question I am thinking - Why would some body go and change the field "Completion rule" of KMN in VOV7?

KMN is specifically created for Quantity Contracts & it is clear that "C" is the correct choice (reading from the description of all the choices). Furthermore, changing these kind of settings has a risk element to it (just as we found - Open quantity becomes blank).
