This option in SPRO:
Enterprise Structure/Assigment/Sales and Distribution/Assign sales
organization -distribution channel - plant

Assign Plant (Werks) -> Organization sales and Distribution channel.

Recommendation:

Please check the sales is created in SPRO
Enterprise Structure/Definition/Sales and Distribution/Sales organization
Enterprise Structure/Definition/Sales and Distribution/Distribution
channel
