Not from my understanding. But if you some business rules you could definitely apply them in VTFL/VOFM.

As we know in VF01 these is button named "selection list" which allow us to specify partial items and partial quantity from one delivery order to create billing document. I'd like to know in VF04, is it possible to create billing document for partial items or quantity from specified delivery order.
