Hi,

If a condition doesn't have access sequence you can't put it automatically
in sales order, only manual entry.

Review VOV8 for the MTO order type, there is field you need to maintain.

Also, from my understanding if EK02 is maintained in VOV8 then SAP knows to search for a costing for the material and produce the result as statistical.
