Hi,

YES, I got the original message using VA01 while creating the sales order.

No, I have not confirmed yet that ZEG1 is a copy of customer account group = 0001 . I will need to confirm this (when I have access to SAP SD later this afternoon). It sounds like what you might be saying is that I need to make some changes to the customer account group "ZEG1" first before I try to re-create the sales order for the customer (0000100086) .

1. Did you get the original message while creating a sales order (in VA01)?

2. Did you try to again create a sales order with the customer (0000100086) made with account group ZEG1? Now that you have confirmed that ZEG1 is a copy of customer account group = 0001. (in other words, after checking that SP exists in ZEG1, and was SP customer was created for 0000100086)
Are you still getting the error?
