Material 1 has quants in 2 bins. Bin A has 100 pieces, Bin B has 100 pieces. A sales order is placed to Shipping Point 3000 for a quantity of 150. When the delivery is created, a transfer Order is created for 100 pieces out of Bin A and 50 out of Bin B. Scenario 2 Plant 3000, Storage Loc 4000 is tied to Shipping Point 4000. Material 1 has quants in 2 bins. Bin A has 100 pieces, Bin B has 100 pieces. A sales order is placed to Shipping Point 4000 for a quantity of 150. When the delivery is created, a transfer Order is created for 150 pieces out of Bin A. This is an overallocation. This was tested with the same customer number, same part number. What could I be missing to make Scenario 2 act like scenario 1? We are using FIFO. VL01N used to create the delivery as needed. This is consistent with all materials. | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
