Subject: Unable to select type of Export while creating Excise Invoice

While creating Excise invoice for export sales using J1IIN, I am unable to select the invoice type like Bond, No Bond,Deemed or LoU as the CHANGE button ios inactive. Is this an authorization issue or any config. issue? Please suggest solution.
