Hi,

As explained by Trupti, below follows the explanation -

1. Creation of Sold to party - In XD01, choose the account group for Sold to party (0001) and create a customer / Sold to (SP) party. In this Customer master record of Sold to party, just created, In Sales Area Data, Tab[Partner Function], you can see partner functions SP, SH, BP, PY
2. Creation of Ship to party - In XD01, choose the account group for Ship to party (0002) and create a Ship to party. In this Customer master record of Ship to party, just created, In Sales Area Data, Tab[Partner Function], you can see partner functions SH
3. Repeat step 2, to create the required number of SH
4. In your customer master record of Sold To, created in step 1, go to Sales Area Data, Tab[Partner Function], & add all the created SH. Thus in this (Sold To) customer master record in Sales Area Data, Tab[Partner Function], you shall see on partner function of SP (Sold To) and multiple lines of SH (Ship To). In your case 20 SH lines.
5. Now when you create a sales order and fill in the Sold To. And leave the Ship To blank. After pressing enter, the system give you a popup with the list of the 20 Ship To, user shall have to choose one of the 20 choices.

I have One Sold-to-party and 20 Ship-to-party for the same sold-to-party, now client wants when they enter Sold-to-party then only related 20 ship-to-party should pop-up in the field ship-to-party at the time of sales order creation from where user can select the required ship-to-party and can proceed.

How can we configure this, kindly tell me the steps.
