Hi Typewriter,

n your 1st concern, You have to go to General Data tab of customer and In
Communication Sub-Screen u have to update the customer Email Details in
E-mail field.

Second concern I don't have much idea about ur kind of concern, Just follow
the menu path SPRO--> SAP IMG Ref-->sales and disribution--> Basic
functions--> partner determination--> Set up partner determination for
customer master--> select your partner determination and click on Partner
functions in procedure check Your Partner Function "ZP", I guess It must be
ticked mandatory.

Hi Waza, Experts,

I too tried to use output type MAIL, as a solution to this post. I have 2 questions -

1. Does mail mean email? If yes, in the customer master record with account group ZPOS (POS / Outlet), where exactly can I input the email address?

2. While creating a CMR with acc gr ZPOS, in Sales area data > Partner Functions, I am getting message # F2612 "Entry ZP is ignored since ZP mandatory function has been reset"
Therefore I am unable to create my customer.

Please advise me.
