We did this in our design by utilizing a specific risk category that these customers were assigned that did dynamic check based on order value being greater than .01

I want to set a billing block for a particular customer group. How can I do that?

As this customer group comprises of "important" customers, the business would like to check the prices etc., before creating billing documents for this customer group.
